1) Who we are

This policy explains how the mobile game Braveden (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles data.

2) What data we collect

  • Contact data (only if you reach out): your email address and the content of your message.

  • In-app purchases (IAP): purchase state and transaction IDs provided by Google Play / App Store. We do not receive card numbers.

  • Usage & analytics (Unity Analytics): app opens, session duration, feature usage, basic device info (model, OS, app version), and an app/device identifier used for analytics.

  • ​

    We do not collect your real name or precise location, and we do not serve third-    party ads.

3) How we use data

  • Operate core features and validate purchases.

  • Understand feature usage and improve retention and performance.

  • Fix bugs, prevent abuse/fraud related to purchases, and ensure service integrity.

  • Respond to support requests you send us.

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We process analytics/diagnostics based on legitimate interests (app quality and security). Purchase information is processed as necessary to perform a contract (deliver IAP). If consent is required by your region, we will request it in-app.

5) Sharing and disclosures

We share data only with service providers that help us run the App:

  • Platform stores (Google/Apple): billing and platform diagnostics.

  • Unity (Unity Technologies): game engine tooling, Unity Analytics, and optional crash/diagnostics services.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal data.

6) Data retention

  • Gameplay state is stored on your device (and platform services where applicable) while you use the App.

  • Purchase records are retained as required for platform, security, and accounting.

  • Analytics/diagnostics are retained according to Unity and platform policies.

  • Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored data from your device.

7) Your choices & rights

  • Opt-out of analytics (this device): In the App’s Settings → Privacy, you can turn off analytics collection for this device.

  • Data deletion request (server-side analytics): Email us at liamaviv863@gmail.com with your Advertising ID (IDFA/AAID). We will submit a deletion request to our analytics provider (Unity) and confirm when completed.

  • Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. We will honor applicable requests.

8) Children’s privacy

Braveden is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9) Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) International transfers

We may process data on servers or with providers located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted here with a new “Last updated” date.
